Plastic Grind Machine

The yoyo costs $70, which is pretty cheap for a high quality yoyo, especially for one which plays as well as a metal one. The yoyo itself is a butterfly shaped yoyo, and has a plastic injected body. The colour is white, and the hubstacks are neon green, which matches the yoyo.

The yoyo came from Spinworkx via Nathan, and is in the box. It came with two weight rings inside the yoyo, and two extra rings inside the box. The hubs came installed on the yoyo.

The response is using YoyoFactory Silicone Pads, and it came with a YoyoFactory Spec bearing. The bearing has a YYF sign engraved into it, and the bearign itself has 8 balls. The bearing is stuck on two seats, which are exceptionally hard to remove, except with a knife.

The gap is large enough to fit one Duncan bearing, and the stock bearings play like a charm. The Hubstacks spin for 15++ seconds on hand flicking, while the Spec bearing, 20++ seconds. The yoyo sleeps for 5 mins++ while the Hubstack sleeper is around 4:30 mins.

YoyoFactory has clearly done its job, and has made a plastic yoyo as good as a metal one. If you are craving for a metal yoyo but don't have enough money, get the Plastic Grind Machine.

Rating: 7/10
